Hi, my name is Mandy. I am someone who has always loved art and lives by the motto:
“it’s nice to be nice”
I have loved painting and drawing since I was very young.
The "Toilet Door Project"
I stumbled across the “toilet door project” when my son's school put the call out for parents who could draw and paint. Naturally, I put my hand up!
A few years later I still loved the idea so much I decided to put my hand up for other schools too... and the rest is history, as they say!
As well as toilet doors, I also paint murals and positive quotes on canvases for office spaces or the home.

WHAT I DO
Painting a toilet door to not only look great but also stand the tests of time (and little hands) takes some careful preparation.
Each project has it’s own unique requirements, however typically for each project I will sand and prep, undercoat with an acrylic paint, and then paint the final design.
The same level of care and preparation goes into all of my artwork, including teachers murals, other murals and any new exciting project that comes my way.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
As each project has it’s own unique requirements, I do need to find out first what I’m working with. Once I have all of this information then I can provide a quote.
Whether or not the surfaces I’m working with are already prepped with a base coat, or if they require a special undercoat will vary the price.
